Applicants for the Vice President of Transformation position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or MS preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in finance, strategy, or investment banking. The role requires a proven track record in leading transformation initiatives and driving business growth, as well as the ability to challenge and support senior executives in achieving targeted results. Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills are essential, as is a background in the technology industry.
