Their goal: deliver coordinated, whole-child healthcare regardless of income or insurance status.About the Role We are seeking a collaborative, creative, and mission-drivenMental Health Clinician (LCSW)to join an integrated team of pediatric providers, clinicians, and family partners. This is a unique opportunity to help redefine how medical and mental health services are delivered to predominantly low-income pediatric populations. The clinician will work closely with the behavioral health and medical teams, supervise externs, and engage in community-based work.Key Responsibilities Provide clinical and case management services for pediatric patients Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and assessments Deliver ongoing counseling, treatment, and intervention Maintain and manage an active caseload Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system Collaborate with families, medical providers, schools, and external mental health professionals to coordinate high-quality care Support planning and implementation of mental health groups and community workshops Supervise externs as appropriate Perform other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications ActiveLCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) 1–2 years of experience in a pediatric and/or family practice settingPreferred Qualifications LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred; additional compensation available) Experience working with underserved or low-income populationsSchedule Monday – Friday Wednesdays: 10 AM–8 PM or 11 AM–8 PM (rotational) Other weekdays: Approximately 8:30/9 AM – 6 PM 1 Saturday per month rotation (3 hours; no summer Saturdays — flexibility available if unable to work Saturdays) ½ day per week dedicated to documentationCompensation & Benefits 4 weeks PTO + 11 holidays Annual 5% salary increase Annual organization-wide bonus 401(k) with 3% automatic employer contribution 78% employer-paid health insurance $1,200 Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) Life and Long-Term Disability insurance $50/month parking or transit stipendWhy Join?
