Prep Cook/Dishwasher
Prepare cooking ingredients by chopping vegetables, cutting meat and other meal prep. Set up work stations and ingredients so that food can be prepared according to recipies. Undertake basic cooking duties, such as soups, sauces, fried foods and par boiling foods. Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps food as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized. You are also supporting restaurant staff by clearing and setting tables, stocking supplies, backing up bartenders and helping guests. You will work in a fast-paced culinary environment that is growing with plenty of opportunity for advancement within. We would love to train and advance the right person into a line cook backup position so if you are looking for a chance to train as a line cook - this is your job! Minimal kitchen experience required and will train the right candidate. Must have current food handlers card and be able to obtain OLCC service permit within 45 days of employment. 21 years and older to apply.
