A health services network on Long Island is actively seeking a licensed Pediatric Neurologist to provide care for pediatric patients and supervise medical trainees.About the Opportunity:Shift: DaysSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard business hoursSetting: Inpatient and outpatientResponsibilities:Evaluating and managing pediatric patients with neurologic concernsProviding inpatient and outpatient consultation and careManaging seizure disorders, headaches, and other conditionsSupervising and teaching medical students, interns, and residentsDeveloping a Pediatric EEG and video EEG programPerforming other duties, as neededQualifications:MD/DO degreeNew York medical licenseBoard Eligible in Pediatric NeurologyProficiency in managing pediatric neurologic disordersStrong teaching skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work collaborativelyCommitment to patient careDesired Qualifications:Experience with Pediatric EEGBoard certification in Pediatric Neurology
