YOU are trusted to prepare treatments, support procedures, and manage clinical details with accuracy and confidence — all while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. YOU are comfortable using technology and understand that efficient, accurate documentation is essential in a modern medical practice.WHAT YOU’LL DOPrepare injections according to provider protocolsRoom patients, take vitals, and assist with clinical flowManage supplement packet preparation, organization, labeling, and trackingAssist with cosmetic proceduresDeliver a high-touch, concierge-level patient experience at every interactionMaintain strict cleanliness, infection control, and safety standardsAccurately document patient interactions and treatments using the practice EMR (Cerbo)Use technology efficiently for scheduling support, charting, and internal communicationManage and restock medical and aesthetic inventory as neededWHO YOU AREYOU are polished, professional, and patient-focused. YOU are:Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced concierge practiceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple workflows at onceConfident handling medications and clinical preparations with precisionTech-savvy or experience using EMRs and digital clinical toolsYOU likely have:Medical Assistant training or certificationPrior experience in a medical, functional medicine, or aesthetic practice (preferred)Interest in functional medicine, and/or aestheticsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsTHE DETAILSSchedule: Monday–FridayType: Full-time; 8am-5pmLocation: In-person | Buckhead, Atlanta (30305)Benefits: 401k program + matching; 50% payment of group health insurance premium; quarterly botox & laser treatments; monthly IV immune booster; biannual wellness review; all supplements/cosmetic/wellness products will be offered to employee at wholesale price
