Position- Crisis ManagementLocation-Dallas, TX (L1 face to Face interview)Looking only for USC Local to Dallas Texas.Resource: Business Continuity Management (BCM)Review and Consult Business Continuity PlanningConduct and maintain Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) for business units, identifying critical processes, recovery time objectives (RTOs), recovery point objectives (RPOs), and interdependencies across people, facilities, applications, and third‐party providersCoordinate, facilitate, and document continuity tests, including tabletop exercises, simulations, and scenario‐based events (e.g., cyber incidents, power outages, pandemic scenarios)Coordinate with 1LOD for all third-party join DR testingTrack testing outcomes, issues, and remediation efforts; partner with business and technology stakeholders to drive timely risk mitigationDevelop, review, and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory guidance (e.g., FFIEC, OCC, Federal Reserve)Relationship Management:Act as both trusted risk manager/partner and credible 2LOD risk independent challenge professional to support our businesses and functionsCompliance & DocumentationSupport regulatory exams, internal audits, and risk assessments by preparing documentation, evidence, management responses, and remediation tracking.Regards
