ResponsibilitiesInclude but are not limited to:Process material picklist to the Material Handler/PickersComplete system transactions relating to the pick/issue process of materialTrack all shortages systematicallyProcess all TPC/ECNsCycle countEnsure inventory accuracyDelivers material in various locations of the plantObserve all company rules and policies, i.e. safety, attendanceParticipate and work in a team atmosphereMaintain high productivity and quality workmanshipSuggest design and procedure improvements that improve quality, productivity, and reduce costMay be asked to serve on various committeesResponsible for keeping work area(s) clean and free of clutter during work time and at the end of shift 5S timeParticipate in department SQDIP meetingsOther duties and responsibilities as assignedRequirementsAbility to read, write and do simple mathGood mechanical abilityAbility to complete forms and follow instructionsComputer skillsPhysical and visual acuity at a level to effectively perform duties. Be able to stand for long periods of time, sit, bend, squat and kneel. Be able to push or pull at least 50 pounds and be able to safely lift at least 35 pounds. Be able to reach and work over head.Must have high school diploma with some post high school vocational training or a Ability to safely and properly use a forklift and/or other lift equipmentcombination of experience and training sufficient to perform the job dutiesAbility to work cooperatively with others in a team environmentAbility to follow directions in practices and procedure
