Senior Full Stack Engineer - C#/ .NET Core/ ReactHybrid/Lewisville, TX Contract RoleRedStream Technology is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with extensive experience designing and developing Azure cloud-native applications in the .NET ecosystem. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in C#, ASP.NET, React, and Azure services, and is capable of leading design discussions, mentoring junior developers, and driving engineering best practices within an Agile environment.You will play a key role in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications that power our next-generation digital ecosystem.Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native applications using .NET, React, and Azure services. Architect and implement microservices, APIs, and integration workflows using ASMX, WCF, and RESTful principles. Build and maintain scalable solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Service Bus. Develop data access layers leveraging Azure SQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, promoting automation and quality assurance. Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business needs into technical designs and deliverables. Guide and mentor software engineers to improve coding standards, testing practices, and code review processes. Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant design principles. Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile planning to align deliverables with business priorities. Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis for long-term resolution.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:7+ years of hands-on software development experience in .NET (C#, ASP.NET) environments. Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. Strong expertise in: C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Core) React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services Azure Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure Storage Azure DevOps (CI/CD) Solid experience integrating ASMX, WCF, and REST APIs. Excellent SQL programming, query optimization, and database design skills. Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with modern DevOps practices. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and leadership skills.Education, Experience, and Other Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or equivalent experience. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure or .NET certifications) are a plus. Experience: Experience with microservices architecture and event-driven design. Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Knowledge of secure coding practices and API authentication (OAuth, JWT). Prior experience mentoring or leading small technical teams. Certifications: Microsoft Azure Developer or .NET certifications, agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSP) are advantageous.
