Operating at the intersection of strategy, execution, and change; this role translates complex business priorities into structured, measurable, transformation initiatives. These transformation initiatives are designed to evolve how our biggest clients think of marketing, often moving from sporadic innovation to coordinated roadmaps to accelerate how marketing drives scalable impact.
This role reports to the Global Transformation Team Data & Tech lead as part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO). The successful candidate will be required to collaborate with TMO team members, client executives, internal capability leaders, and cross‑agency teams to define transformation roadmaps, architect pilots, establish measurement and governance frameworks, and ensure sustained adoption across markets and regions.
Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy & Orchestration:
Support the design of end‑to‑end marketing transformation strategies, including phased roadmaps spanning discovery, pilot design, validation, and scale
Responsible for anchoring transformation initiatives in client business priorities; ensuring alignment across highly matrixed client and internal teams spanning a global network
Translate emerging innovation (e.g., data, identity, measurement, AI‑enabled solutions) into structured, actionable transformation programs that deliver tangible outcomes

Partner with solution, media, data, technology, creative, and other teams to ensure pilots are technically sound, operationally feasible, and dedicated to delivering meaningful results
Codify pilot findings into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and scale recommendations to support enterprise rollout from change management.
Note: This role is not responsible for scaling to establish a “new normal” way of working but should support the migration to the change management team.
Measurement, Governance & Value Realization:
Establish transformation measurement frameworks, benchmarks, and performance tracking models to ensure transparency, predictability, and accountability
Drive governance structures (SteerCo cadences, status reporting, decision frameworks) that maintain momentum and executive alignment throughout multi‑year transformations
Ensure rigorous documentation is maintained to support transparency & clear strategic alignment throughout all teams during the pilot process
Executive & Client Leadership:
Support Pilot Lead, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client partners, framing transformation narratives, arguments, and executive readouts
Facilitate complex, multi‑stakeholder forums to drive alignment, resolve trade‑offs, and maintain forward progress
Represent NXT and Publicis Groupe as a senior leader across transformation initiatives, reinforcing credibility, thought leadership, and partnership value
Practice & Team Leadership:
Contribute to the evolution of NXT’s Transformation Strategy and Solutions Consulting practice, including methodologies, templates, and operating models
Mentor and guide strategy, solutions, and transformation team members, fostering high standards of rigor, clarity, and executional excellence
Support internal capability building and cross‑practice collaboration within NXT and the broader Groupe
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in transformation strategy or enterprise solutions consulting within complex, matrixed organizations
Deep understanding of modern marketing ecosystems, including data, media, ad and marketing technology, measurement, and consulting
Proven ability to lead ambiguous, multi‑year transformation initiatives from strategy through execution and scale
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, align, and advise senior partners
Experience operating within large, global organizations and multi‑agency environments
Ability to work as a great teammate, at pace, showing initiative working within parameters agreed with management
Success in this role looks like:
Transformation initiatives move from pilots to scalable, measurable programs with clear business impact
Clients experience clarity, momentum, and confidence in navigating complex change
NXT’s transformation frameworks, governance models, and solution architectures are strengthened and reused across engagements
Teams are aligned, empowered, and operating with shared clarity on priorities and outcomes
