DescriptionLocation: 1458 Marine Ave, Gardena, CA 90247Pay & Housing: $18-$25 per hour +1 bed/ 1bath Apartment (Employee rent: $895/month)Schedule: Full-Time | Non-ExemptAbout The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and experienced District Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities across Gardena, CA. This leadership role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring onsite teams, and takes pride in keeping properties compliant, efficient, and resident-focused.
