By combining consumer and marketplace data, we craft coordinated campaigns using a seamless mix of shared mail, direct mail, trigger-based marketing, and digital advertising solutions such as display, retargeting, and Mobile ID tracking that drive the right audience behavior to achieve your marketing goals.The Software Developer will work as part of a team to design, develop, test, and implement new and updated applications for our business and clients. Requiring proficiency in multiple development methodologies and development tools.Responsibilities Serve as software developer (.NET, C#, MS-SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, JSON, CRM SDK, MS Dynamics 365 CRM).Designs and implements MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to be fully compliant with business processesDesign business processes and integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications and other applications.Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with business owners to determine application requirements for a new MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations.Identify and implement third party applications to enhance and support the MS D365 system.Extend capability of MS Dynamics 365 CRM system through creation of new entities, forms, workflows and reports.Apply fundamental software development and design principles to new and existing solutions – performance design, coding, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, and testing.Takes a product through the entire lifecycle of analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation and support.Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with business owners to determine application requirements.Identify and implement third party applications to enhance and support the existing or new systems.Design business processes and integrations between applications.Prepare for deployments through our dev/test and production environments while following best practices, security and change control procedures.Perform unit, functional, integration and regression testing on applications. Confirming that written code is tested thoroughly against user’s requirements and/or reported issues.Coordinates User Acceptance Testing with department representatives.Provides support to existing systems in production by monitoring for issues post deployment, maintenance, issue troubleshooting, bug fixes and enhancements.Produces clear, concise documentation on all work completed to support future enhancement and troubleshooting.Maintains the code base by committing changes to source control, creating automated builds, working effectively with branching and merging code.Contributes to development planning by providing reasonable, reliable time estimates.Coordinates with DBAs to ensure needed database improvements match established standards/guidelines.Updates job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Other duties as assigned. Key Performance Expectations Alignment of deployed code with business and functional requirementsMeeting of deadlinesDeliver on KPIs and objectives that are deadline driven and quality focused Key Competencies & Attributes College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent technical degree.At least 5 years of application development experience in VB6, .NET and C#.Experience working in Dynamics 365 CRM preferredVerbal Communication, Compiling Requirements, Software Architecture, Software Development Fundamentals, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), Software Debugging, Technical Leadership, Written CommunicationSource control experience: using Azure DevOps TFS and/or GIT. Build and maintain deployment pipelines.Backend experience: Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, Stored Procedures, database query performance optimizationMid-tier experience: C#, .NET, Web API, RESTful services.Frontend experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MVCCloud experience: Microsoft Azure - Functions, Service bus, Application insight telemetry, API ManagementExperience with Agile Development MethodologyAbility to identify gained efficiencies through programming.
