For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive Strategic Accounts (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $128,000 – $191,975 annuallyResponsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies Analyze market trends to position solutions effectively Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation Maintain detailed records in the CRM system Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with customers Present complex technical solutions to diverse audiences Collaborate across functions in a matrix organizationQualifications BS degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Business, or related field required; Master’s preferred 6-8 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries Experience in complex deal structuring and strategic account management CDMO experience highly preferred Strong understanding of CDMO/CRO services and pharmaceutical manufacturing processesBenefits Competitive remuneration and sales incentive plan Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits At least 120 hours paid time off and 10 paid holidays annually Paid parental leave and family support programs 401(k) retirement savings plan Employees' Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) allowing purchase of company stock at a discount Opportunities for career development in an innovative organizationOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
