Overview As a senior Applications Development Lead, you will steer end-to-end application systems analysis and development efforts within Citi’s Technology team. You’ll partner with multiple management functions to define system enhancements and deploy new products, while solving complex business problems with scalable solutions. You’ll set coding, testing, and deployment standards and mentor mid-level developers to uphold architectural integrity. You’ll navigate risk and regulatory requirements to protect clients and assets, driving compliant, high-impact delivery.
