Key Responsibilities of the FP&A Analyst
• Assist with the annual operating plan, budgets, and periodic forecasts as the FP&A Analyst
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and management commentary as the FP&A Analyst
• Support cash flow forecasting and provide analytical support to treasury and finance leadership as the FP&A Analyst
• Develop and monitor KPIs and business drivers to identify revenue opportunities and cost-saving initiatives as the FP&A Analyst
• Build financial models and perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making as the FP&A Analyst
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to communicate financial results and insights as the FP&A Analyst
• Support external audit requests and other reporting needs as the FP&A Analyst
Qualifications for the FP&A Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or a related role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial statement analysis
• Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
