Mid-Level Real Estate Finance Associate – Miami Salary range: $235,000 – $365,000 We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join a leading Real Estate Finance group in either New York or Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with 3–5 years of transactional real estate experience, including real estate finance or commercial real estate, representing lenders and/or borrowers. Key Responsibilities: Handle complex real estate finance transactions, including acquisition, development, and refinancing deals. Conduct due diligence reviews, including title insurance, surveys, corporate formation documents, SNDAs, and construction documentation. Advise clients throughout all phases of transactions, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation. Qualifications: 3–5 years of transactional real estate experience. Active membership in the New York or Florida Bar. Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills. Experience with lender or borrower representation preferred.
