Oracle EBS is their system of record for finance, supply chain and manufacturing, and they're investing in connecting it to the systems that run engineering and the shop floor.The RoleThe senior technical owner for everything Oracle EBS touches outside functional configuration, which sits with a vendor partner. You'll own the integrations between EBS and the surrounding PLM and MES systems, set the platform's technical direction, and lead the developers and analysts who build against it, taking over from a retiring architect with a four-to-six week handover.What You'll DoOwn the integration architecture between EBS and the surrounding PLM, MES and manufacturing systemsSet the EBS technical roadmap: upgrades, ADOP patching, environments and release cadenceOwn the CI/CD pipelines across the EBS landscapeLead the developer and analyst team hands-on: code review, mentoring, and unblocking the hard problemsWhat You'll Need10+ years in Oracle EBS at a technical or techno-functional level, 5+ as a technical lead or integration/platform architectCurrent EBS R12.2.x: PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OAF, Workflow, AME, concurrent programsIntegration middleware (Oracle SOA/OIC, MuleSoft, Informatica or similar) with REST and SOAPCI/CD and DevOps in an EBS context, including ADOP patching and deployment automationEBS integration with PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, Agile) and/or MES (Solumina, Apriso, Camstar)US-based and able to be on-site in Southern California a few days a weekNice to HaveAerospace, defense or other regulated complex manufacturingEBS to Oracle Cloud (Fusion) migration experienceCloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure or OCI)Not a functional config seat, an Apps DBA role, a framework-level enterprise-architecture role, or a PM role.
