Camby, INOrder: 2148788Order Type : DirectHireCustom Magnetics | Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, RoboticsWe're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the East Coast territory for a well-established, world-class manufacturer of custom transformers, inductors, and electronic components.This is a relationship-driven, outside sales role where you'll manage key accounts, develop new business, and work directly with customers designing cutting-edge technology across automotive, aerospace, medical, and robotics industries.If you enjoy technical sales, travel, and seeing your efforts directly impact revenue, this role offers strong earning potential and long-term growth.What You'll Be Responsible ForManage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts across the East CoastIdentify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territoryConduct full-cycle outside sales activities: prospecting, client meetings, presentations, and follow-upsCollaborate with inside sales, engineering, and internal teams to deliver customer solutionsUnderstand customer applications and recommend custom magnetics solutions aligned with their needsMaintain regular travel (approximately 50%) to support customers and build relationshipsTrack sales activity, pipeline, and territory performance through trip reports and CRM toolsMonitor competitor activity and market trends to uncover growth opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of outside or technical sales experienceElectronics industry experience or technical background is required (transformers, inductors, and electrical components)Strong relationship-building and communication skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to manage a territory independentlyAbility to learn technical products and communicate value to customersValid driver's license and willingness to travel Compensation & IncentivesThis role offers a competitive base salary plus commission and incentive opportunities, including:Sales Growth Bonus:1.0% commission on increased annual sales revenue within your territoryDesign-In Incentives:1.0% commission on semiconductor design-ins (first $5M in revenue, paid for 2 years after initial PO)1.0% commission on custom design-ins (first $5M in revenue, paid for 2 years after initial PO)1.25% commission on new customer design-ins (first $5M in revenue, paid for 2 years after initial PO)Ready to Take the Next Step?Apply today or call 317-887-0747 to learn more.Interviews are being scheduled immediately.JOB TYPE: FULL TIMESHIFT: 1stPAY: $150,000-$200,000/Year
