Responsibilities:
Install OEM and aftermarket vehicle accessories with precision and attention to detail
Learn and perform spray-in bed liner applications and undercoating services
Install running boards, brush guards, grille guards, trailer hitches, tonneau covers, truck toppers, mud flaps, and other bolt-on accessories
Install lighting upgrades, wheels, interior accessories, and other appearance or performance enhancements
Perform basic wiring and light electrical installations for accessory equipment when required
Read installation instructions and follow manufacturer specifications to ensure proper fit and function
Inspect completed installations to verify quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues while maintaining high workmanship standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition
Communicate effectively with management regarding job status, materials needed, and any installation concerns
Assist with light vehicle maintenance or other shop duties as workload requires
Follow all company safety procedures and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
Previous automotive accessory installation experience preferred but not required
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work confidently with hand and power tools
Willingness to learn spray-in bed liners, undercoating, and a wide variety of aftermarket accessory installations
Experience with truck accessories, trailer hitches, lighting, or basic automotive electrical work is a plus
Ability to follow detailed installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and techniques
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new technology
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
