JOB REQUIREMENTS: In this role, you will lead site developmentactivities during the first 6 to 12 weeks of a project, taking the sitefrom mobilization through rough grading, underground utilityinstallation, and readiness for vertical construction. You willcoordinate civil subcontractors, utilities, survey, inspections, anddaily field activity while maintaining a sharp focus on production,safety, and schedule. Lead early-phase sitework including mobilization,erosion control, access, grading, and underground infrastructure.Coordinate installation of storm, sanitary, domestic water, fireservice, and dry utilities. Manage survey, layout verification,inspections, testing, and documentation. Drive short-interval planningand keep civil activities on track with a 2-to-4-week look-aheadmindset. Identify and solve field issues before they affect cost,quality, or vertical start dates. Enforce high safety standards fortrenching, equipment operations, and daily site coordination. Partnerwith project teams, subcontractors, utility providers, and inspectors tomaintain momentum and accountability. Support a smooth turnover fromsitework to foundations and vertical construction. \*\*\*\*\* OTHEREXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of field leadership experiencein civil sitework, earthwork, or underground utilities. Strong knowledgeof grading, storm, sanitary, water, dry utility coordination, and trenchsafety requirements. Ability to read and interpret civil plans, utilityprofiles, grading plans, and construction details. Proven ability todrive schedules, coordinate multiple moving parts, and keep crewsaligned to milestones. Confidence working with subcontractors,inspectors, survey teams, and project managers in a fast-pacedenvironment. Strong documentation and communication skills. Validdriver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed, with a preferredhome base in the Southeast Wisconsin area.
