This role will focus heavily on optimizing Epic workflows from both an operational and end-user perspective, while driving performance across front-end revenue cycle functions including registration, scheduling, and insurance verification.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily Patient Access operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and complianceOversee staff scheduling, performance management, and team developmentDrive Epic optimization initiatives, improving usability, workflow efficiency, and adoption for front-line staffIdentify workflow gaps and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and financial outcomesPartner with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Clinical teams to reduce denials and improve front-end performanceUtilize Epic reporting and tools to analyze access metrics and support data-driven decision makingSupport system upgrades, workflow standardization, and operational initiativesServe as a subject matter expert on Patient Access and Epic best practicesQualifications5+ years of Patient Access leadership experience in a hospital environmentStrong Epic experience, with a focus on optimization (registration, scheduling, ADT)Proven ability to improve workflows from an end-user and operational standpointStrong communication and stakeholder collaboration skillsAbility to travel weekly to TulsaEngagement DetailsContract / Interim roleOnsite presence required in Tulsa (weekly travel expected)Potential for full-time conversion based on performance and organizational needsDuration: Ongoing based on project needs
