Requirements Perform CT examinations with accuracy and attention to patient safety, using Siemens Sensation 64 and GE LightSpeed 16 scanners Operate and document studies in Cerner and McKesson PACS to maintain clear, timely records Manage patient flow and scan volume (typically 10–20 scans depending on shift) while maintaining quality imaging Provide compassionate care to ER and acute patients, adapting quickly to urgent situations Execute gated procedures and virtual colonography when requested, demonstrating technical versatility Serve in a leadership/charge capacity when scheduled — coordinate the unit and support team workflow Collaborate with radiologists and use teleradiology (Nighthawk) resources for after-hours coverage Qualifications Current California radiologic technologist license (required) ARRT-CT and ARRT-R certifications (required) BLS (required) Management/Charge experience — required (this role needs proven leadership in a diagnostic imaging setting) Minimum ~2 years of CT/radiology experience (as indicated in job details) Comfort working nights and rotating weekends; ability to handle ER and acute care patients Familiarity with Cerner and McKesson PACS preferred 11585539EXPPLAT
