This is a great opportunity for a hands-on machinist or sheet metal fabrication professional looking to work with a variety of equipment and custom-built products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.The company specializes in precision fabrication of custom metal components and assemblies utilizing advanced manufacturing equipment and modern production processes.What You'll DoSet up and operate manual and CNC press brake equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work instructionsSelect tooling and dies based on part specifications and material requirementsPerform bending and forming operations on sheet metal componentsInspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other measuring toolsWork with a variety of fabrication equipment including Cincinnati, AccuPress, and Amada press brakesPerform manual die/tool changes and machine setupsMaintain quality standards while meeting production schedulesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of press brake, machine shop, or sheet metal fabrication experienceAbility to read blueprints and perform accurate measurementsStrong understanding of fractions and decimal conversionsExperience with manual setups and tooling changesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamTrade school or apprenticeship experience is a plusWhy This RoleStable first-shift schedule with overtime opportunitiesHands-on fabrication environment with a variety of equipmentOpportunity to work on custom manufacturing projectsTeam-oriented shop with strong production support
