Cleaning Staff

The PositionMaintains work areas of offices and industrial buildings to keep them clean and orderly. Uses janitorial supplies, maintains restroom areas and removes waste material. Performs special cleaning projects as assigned.Responsibilities:Adhere to safety procedures and protocolsWork with Supervisor or Manager in scheduling of work and work assignmentsVerify all work being performed is in accordance with current proceduresAttain all training in SAP to perform work order executionPrepare communication of nightly site activities to Supervisor or ManagerKeep inventory of GMP supplies Problem solve and escalate as needed to find answersMaintain a professional attitude at all times. Perform routine cleaning of GMP areas which includeceilings, walls, floors, drains, stainless steel, windows and ledges.Complete documentation utilizing Good Documentation PracticesComply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirementsReport problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the SupervisorComplete routine tasks with minimal supervisionMaintain a clean and organized work areaCollect and dispose of non-biological waste and recyclable materials throughout the GMP areasMaintain floors (epoxy, Concrete, rubber tile, and sheet vinyl) by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces. Vacuuming/dusting of vents within the GMP areasQualifications/Requirements:High School diploma or equivalentOne (1) to Two (2) years of experience in cleaning GMP controlled areas/spacesExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to read and comprehend proceduresBasic computer knowledgeAbility to complete paperwork accuratelyAbility to work safely around chemicals and equipmentAbility to do repetitive workExperience using equipment such as floor scrubbers, scissor lifts and manual pallet jacksDemonstrated ability to apply experience and hands-on investigating deficienciesAbility to lift and carry equipment and supplies such as boxes of paper, mop buckets, and furniture weighing up to 25 poundsRelocation is not a benefit for this position.Pay transparencyThe expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Hillsboro is 34,400.00 - 64,000.00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
