This is a fully on-site position, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.ResponsibilitiesManage and service a portfolio of middle-market to large commercial lines accounts.Handle all aspects of account servicing from A-Z, including quoting new and renewal business.Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure efficient workflows.Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional client service and support.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and maintain required licenses and certifications.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance; experience with EPIC software is a plus.Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and tools.Soft Skills:Driven and self-motivated.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
