Manufacturing Engineer Lead

Navistar does not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)Desired SkillsMust have previous machining experience, preferably in engine or heavy equipment manufacturingMust be proficient in computer usage including MS OfficeMust have thorough mechanical understanding of machines, tools, vehicles, and their designMust be able to work well in energetic manufacturing environment with positive attitude, ethics and International ValuesMust demonstrate advanced reasoning skills, problem sensitivity, and data analysisMust have advanced mathematical skills; be able to use engineering judgment and critical thinkingMust demonstrate ability to be self-directed3D modeling experience is a nice to haveMust be willing to work a 3rd shift from 7pm to 6am
