If you are passionate about urology and committed to advancing patient outcomes, this is your chance to excel in a dynamic setting.Key Skills and Qualifications:Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)Valid Pennsylvania Medical LicenseDEA CertificationMinimum of 1 year of clinical Urology experienceExcellent diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesProficiency with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systemNice to Have Skills:Experience working in hospital-based Urology departmentsPrior credentialing experienceAbility to adapt to flexible scheduling and rapid response needsKnowledge of hospital protocols and multidisciplinary coordinationPreferred Education and Experience:Medical degree from an accredited institutionUrology residency completionProven track record of clinical excellence in hospital settingsOther Requirements:Willingness to work 24-hour call shiftsAbility to stay in designated hotels in Good Sam or Ephrata for shift durationsCredentialing completed within 90 days, with a clean fileTravel and other reimbursements applicable when necessaryThis opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with a schedule that includes 24-hour call shifts on designated dates. Coverage involves approximately 8-10 hours on Fridays and 4 hours on weekends, serving an adult patient population in a hospital setting.
