Required Skills: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology (BC or BE)Valid PA Medical LicenseDEA CertificationMinimum of 1 year of Urological clinical experienceProficiency in EPIC Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Strong patient care and communication skillsNice to Have Skills: Experience working in hospital settings with similar patient populationsAdditional certifications or specialties related to urologyPrior experience in multi-hospital coveragePreferred Education and Experience: Completion of Urology Residency ProgramAt least one year of clinical practice experience post-residencyComfortable handling 24-hour call shifts and emergency casesOther Requirements: Ability to travel to and stay in either Good Sam or Ephrata hospital locationsWillingness to work scheduled 24-hour shifts, including callback dutiesCovering for hospitals with approximately 150 bedsCredentialing timeframe of approximately 90 days with a clean credentialing recordThis role offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), and additional perks including a robust referral bonus program, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable.
