Required Skills: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in UrologyValid PA medical licenseDEA certificationMinimum of 1 year of Urology practice experienceProficiency with EPIC electronic medical records systemStrong clinical and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle urgent cases efficiently and calmlyNice to Have Skills: Experience in hospital-based Urology practiceAdditional certifications or training in minimally invasive proceduresFamiliarity with hospital operations and multidisciplinary collaborationBilingual abilities are a plusPreferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO)Completed Urology residency programAt least one year of post-residency practice in a hospital settingOther Requirements: Must hold an active PA medical licenseWillingness to perform on-call duties, including 24-hour coverageAble to work scheduled shifts, including September 15-18, June 12-15, June 19-22, and July 3-6, with callback hours as specifiedAbility to stay in hotels in the hospital vicinity as neededThis position offers an hourly pay rate of $3,399.63, reflecting a competitive package aligned with industry standards.
