Lead Architect (Endur/ETRM)

Position : Lead Architect- ETRM/Endur Location : HYBRID- 3 days onsite every week- Houston, TX Duration : 6+month contractInterview Process: VideoSkills | Must-Haves: * 15+ years of professional experience * Endur experience * Energy & Commodity Trading industry experience (Gas, Power, LNG, Oil & emission) – ETRM * experience in Architectural Roles * 5+ years of experience leading portfolios * experience in architecting applications into Azure platform, ideally including migrations/re-platforming of legacy Nice to Have Skills: * DataBricks experience * SAP HANA, Salesforce and/or API Management experience * Bachelor's Degree or above ▪ At least 10 years’ experience in Architectural Roles, 5 years leading portfolios. ▪ Confidently lead and be the focal point for all architecture decisions for a large ETRM delivery program, with divergent opinions from strong personalities and stakeholders. ▪ Able to create a collaborative environment where all technical (architecture and engineering) roles can work together to drive clear decisions and consistency. ▪ Lead the engineering community to make sure we follow the Shell Engineer Management Standards, and have consistency and reuse at the core of our outcomes. ▪ ETRM scope. Must be able to clearly articulate what processes with the life of a deal should be inside the core ETRM and which processes should be externally run ▪ Directing workload of other architects on portfolio, partitioning workloads, and assigning areas of accountability. ▪ Recruiting talent and supporting the creation of high performing team ▪ TOGAF (or similar framework) experience alongside Enterprise Architecture tooling.
