Full Stack Developer – Angular + Spring Boot | Cloud + DevOps Focus Location: Washington, DC (Onsite) Clearance Required: Top Secret (TS) About the Role: We’re seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer to join a fast-paced, mission-driven team based in Washington, DC. If you’re a problem-solver who enjoys working across both the front-end and back-end—crafting user-centric interfaces and building secure, cloud-ready microservices—this role is for you. You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable web applications powered by Angular (v13+), Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL, while also diving into AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to support full deployment automation and container orchestration. What You’ll Do: Build responsive, modern UIs using Angular 13+ and integrate with back-end APIs Develop secure and scalable microservices using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot queries Leverage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM) to develop and deploy cloud-native solutions Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing Secure applications using OAuth, JWT, and SAML authentication/authorization protocols Work collaboratively in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement BONUS: Help shape reusable server-side logic using NestJS (if you’ve got it, we want it!) What You Bring: 5+ years of full-stack development experience Expert-level skills with Angular (v13 or newer) and Spring Boot Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, including schema design and tuning Working experience with AWS, including key services for compute, storage, and identity Hands-on skills with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline tools Familiarity with Git, Agile practices, and DevOps workflows Solid testing experience with both front-end and back-end components Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern auth frameworks Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Any exposure to NestJS is a big plus!
