Alternatives to Incarceration Case Manager
The mission of Community Action Programs Cayuga/Seneca (CAP) is to cultivate a community where all people are respectfully supported and empowered to embrace opportunities for learning, growth and economic security. CAP is seeking an ATI Employment Services Case Manager. The ATI Employment Case Manager will coordinate employment opportunities, deliver Cognitive Behavioral Interventions and other support services for individuals at moderate or high risk of recidivism, as well as provide appropriate employment services to assist the job seeker with obtaining and sustaining employment. The ATI Employment Services Case Manager must meet the following minimum qualifications: Associate degree in criminal justice or human services required. Two years experience with providing services to individuals on parole/probation required. Two years of experience in case management to low-income individuals and individuals with barriers to employment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position scheduled 35 hrs/wk, with an hourly rate of $20.41 per hour.
