Not a team where everything is already defined, resourced, and automated.This is for someone who wants to shape something, not just inherit it.You'll work closely with senior leadership to design and deliver strategic initiatives across operations, process, technology, and change — helping scale a growing Wealth business over the next 3+ years.It's suited to someone who is ambitious, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves while still operating at VP level.What you'll be doingOwning a portfolio of transformation initiatives across the Wealth businessBuilding a 3-year roadmap covering process, operating model, and technology evolutionIdentifying where automation and digital tools can genuinely improve how the business runsDriving change management so initiatives actually stick (not just get delivered)Working directly with senior stakeholders across Wealth, Operations, Technology, and ProductHelping build and develop a small, high-quality delivery team over timeWhat they're looking for10–15 years' experience in Financial Services or Consulting (wealth / asset management IS A MUST)Strong background in transformation, process improvement, or technology-enabled changeComfortable operating in an environment that's still evolvingSomeone proactive, commercial, and solutions-focusedStrong communicator who can influence senior stakeholdersProcess-driven, but pragmaticExperience running multiple initiatives in parallelCertifications like PMP / Lean Six Sigma / ADKAR are a plus, not a requirement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
