Job Title: NC Programmer Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize CNC programs using Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts. Troubleshoot and resolve CNC programming and machining issues. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of parts. Conduct simulations and verifications using Vericut to ensure program accuracy. Maintain documentation for CNC programs and processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as an NC Programmer with proficiency in Siemens UGNX, ICAM, and Vericut. Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and tooling. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Skills: UG NX. ICAM. Vericut.
