Integration is an MSP offering proactive support to our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site System Engineer role based in Decatur, AL. The System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to meet operational requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include troubleshooting technical issues, manage system administration tasks, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.QualificationsStrong expertise in Systems EngineeringProven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectivelyExperience in System Administration and managing IT infrastructureCompetence in providing prompt and reliable Technical SupportExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a collaborative, on-site environmentDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldPrior experience in systems engineering roles is highly desirableSkillsProven experience in a network administrator roleHands on experience in networking, routing and switchingExcellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructureExperience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desiredAbility to set up and configure server hardwareFamiliarity with backup and recovery software and methodologiesGreat at organizing, prioritizing and multitaskingEmail resume to karen@integration-llc.com
