Labcorp is hiring a Learning Solutions Senior Program Manager to work hybrid out of Durham, NC or Burlington, NC!Duties and ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program LeadershipLead high-impact executive level learning programs that support enterprise-wide priorities, regulatory requirements, and workforce development.Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and learning strategy.Provide oversight and guidance to other program managers and project teams, fostering consistency and excellence across initiatives.Instructional Design & Compliance ExpertiseEnsure learning programs adhere to instructional design best practices, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.Partner with instructional designers to shape learning experiences that are engaging, inclusive, and outcomes-driven.Serve as a subject matter expert in compliance learning, supporting risk mitigation and regulatory alignment.Stakeholder Engagement & InfluenceBuild strong relationships with senior HR leaders, business executives, and external partners to define program goals and success metrics.Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive adoption, engagement, and alignment with learning initiatives.Represent the learning function in enterprise forums and governance bodies.Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementEstablish and maintain program governance, documentation, and reporting frameworks.Monitor program performance using advanced analytics and KPIs, driving data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.Lead budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation for strategic programs.Minimum Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Business, or related field8 or more years of progressive experience in program/project management, learning and development, or talent management.Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreeAdditional Job StandardsDemonstrated success leading complex, enterprise-wide learning programs with measurable business impact, specifically in the executive level.Deep knowledge of instructional design, adult learning theory, and compliance learning frameworks.Experienced in developing competency-based learning solutions for frontline and middle leader populations.Certification in project/program management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) or learning design (e.g., CPLP, ATD).Experience leading cross‐functional teams and mentoring/leading other program managers.Experience in managing enterprise-wide mentoring programming.Skills and CompetenciesStrategic thinking and enterprise mindsetAdvanced program and project managementInstructional design and compliance learning expertiseExecutive stakeholder engagement and influenceData-driven decision-making and reportingOperational rigor and governanceLeadership and team developmentInnovation and continuous improvementThis hybrid position offers a balanced schedule of a minimum of three in-office days in either Burlington, NC or Durham, NC, supporting both collaboration and flexibility.The Learning Solutions Senior Program Manager leads a strategic portfolio of enterprise learning programs and services that drive workforce capability, compliance, and business transformation. This senior-level role is accountable for the full lifecycle of learning initiatives—from strategic planning and instructional design oversight to execution, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The Senior Program Manager brings deep expertise in project and program management, instructional design standards, executive development and compliance learning, and serves as a thought partner to senior stakeholders across HR and the business. This role indirectly leads cross‐functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise learning strategy, operational excellence, and measurable impact.
