Demo Plus Industrial Services is looking for you to join the team. On the job training available. We are looking to add a candidate who would like to grow within the company. A candidate who is career & goal oriented. Must be a reliable team member, safety orientated and willing to learn. Travel and overnights required. Company paid hotel and Per Diem Pay $25-$30 an hour depending on experience. 401K & Matching HSA Health Insurance Paid time off Yearly Bonuses Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Perform general labor functions Regular, predictable attendance Adhere to all safety practices and procedures Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 100lbs Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time and work in a warm environment safely Detail oriented; must make sure completed work is of the highest quality Read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents Problem Solver; ability to overcome obstacles and find solutions Balances team and individual responsibilities Self-Motivated; must be able to manage time and work without constant supervision Ability to hit deadlines in a high energy fast paced environment Must pass respirator fit test Knowledge in concrete finishing a plus.
