Job Description Electrical Engineer – 3–10 Years ExperienceLocation: Lebanon, OHPosition Overview:We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with 3–10 years of experience to support the design and execution of commercial, industrial, and/or infrastructure projects. This role will contribute to electrical system design, coordination, and project delivery while working closely with multidisciplinary teams.Key Responsibilities:Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage systemsPrepare construction documents, drawings, and specifications using AutoCAD and/or RevitPerform electrical calculations (load, short circuit, voltage drop) and equipment selectionSupport project coordination with architects, mechanical engineers, and clientsConduct site visits, field investigations, and construction support (RFIs, submittals, punch lists)Ensure designs comply with NEC codes and applicable standardsParticipate in design reviews, QA/QC processes, and project meetingsAssist with project scheduling, budgeting, and technical documentationQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)3–10 years of relevant experience (MEP consulting, industrial, or power systems preferred)Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design softwareWorking knowledge of power systems, lighting design, and electrical layoutsStrong understanding of NEC and industry standardsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred:EIT certification or progress toward PE (Ohio preferred)Experience with SKM, ETAP, or other electrical analysis toolsExposure to healthcare, commercial, or data center projectsAbility to mentor junior engineers (for 7–10 year candidates)
