6-month contract to hire5 days on site in Tampa, FLMonday-Friday 9-5pmWe are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant professional to support loan processing from approval through closing and servicing.Responsibilities:Act as main point of contact for stakeholders throughout the loan lifecycleManage deal flow and coordinate timely closings with Relationship ManagersReview and prepare closing documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracySupport funding, booking, and ongoing loan servicing (payments, draws, payoffs)Identify and resolve issues, escalating as neededRequirements:3-5 years of Lending Assistant or Loan Processor experienceStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office; nCino or similar systems preferredPreferred:Experience with Commercial Real Estate and C&I loans#itacceljobs
