Job description:Contractor shall provide the following services to patients of the Facility:Dentist performs various patient care duties, under the supervision of the Medical Director.Duties / Responsibilities:Provide dental services for patients both routine and non-routinePerform documentation of all services providedComply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives, Rules and Directives. Requirements:Must be licensed as a dentist by the State of TexasMust comply with immunization requirementsMust submit required drug testMust submit required fingerprintingMust complete facility required trainingJob Types: Full-time
