Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Location: Midland/Odessa, TX Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 Employment Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time Travel: Approximately 10% travel requiredPosition Overview A growing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support operations across multiple locations in West Texas. This role will serve as a strategic partner to leadership while remaining hands-on with employee relations, organizational development, talent management, and day-to-day HR operations.The ideal candidate will be a bilingual, self-starting HR professional who can work independently, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and confidently navigate complex business challenges. This individual should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple sites, and partnering with leadership teams through organizational growth and change initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions.This position requires approximately 10% travel to corporate offices, northern plants, and South Texas plant locations to collaborate with leadership teams, support operations, and share HR best practices across locations.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives across multiple operational sitesProvide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, coaching, performance management, and corrective action processesSupport organizational growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and workforce transitionsAssist with talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, retention initiatives, and workforce planningDrive employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, service-oriented workplace cultureAdvise leaders on HR policies, compliance, employment law, and best practicesBuild strong relationships with employees and leadership while serving as a trusted HR advisorSupport change management initiatives and help implement consistent HR practices across locationsAnalyze workforce trends and recommend process improvements to leadershipPartner cross-functionally with payroll, benefits, recruiting, and operations teams as neededTravel to various operational and plant locations to support HR initiatives and promote consistency in best practices across sitesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist capacityExperience supporting multi-site operations or corporate environments requiredExperience handling employee relations and performance management matters requiredExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions strongly preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredStrong relationship-building and customer service skills requiredAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and operate as a self-starterIndependent thinker who is comfortable respectfully challenging leadership when appropriateStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsKnowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR best practicesProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility and willingness to travel approximately 10% as neededPreferred QualificationsSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferredExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial, energy, or multi-location operations environments preferredWhy Join This is an opportunity to join a growing organization where HR is viewed as a strategic business partner.
