We are looking for new and experienced stylists to join our salon team! We are the fastest growing company in the industry with an already established clientele! ALL stylists are guaranteed a minimum of $13 an hour plus commissions and tips! On average our stylists earn $29-$35 an hour! Full-time (30+ hours) stylists are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance plans. We value your time with your family so we give you 3 days of PTO after six months and a total of 10 days after 1 year! After six months you’ll also have the option of a matched IRA! Because we know life can sometimes happen at the worst times, we also have an employee assistance loan that allows our staff to borrow up to $1000 dollars interest free! You simply pay back what you borrowed over 12 paychecks! We offer profit sharing to ALL employees because we want you to feel invested in the company! All of our team members have advanced training available to them thru a company trainer and online with Great Clips University. We prefer to develop and promote from within the company so we offer advancement training to all stylists who are interested. We also offer designer schedules that are tailored to fit your life. If you work weekends, we offer a shift differential regardless of how many hours you work a week!
