Security Officer Bicycle Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, streets, amenities, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or property concerns.; Monitor entry and exit activity at community access points, verify visitor and/or vendor information as directed, and report suspicious or prohibited activity to appropriate contacts.; Support residential property rules and security-related procedures by providing clear directions, assisting with routine inquiries, and communicating relevant information to residents, management, and/or responding personnel.
