CNC Manufacturing Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Support Manufacturing Project Engineer to run new assets preparation and validation.
· Provide CNC programming and troubleshooting for new capital (machining assets) introduction.
· Assist with process documentation for new processes & equipment.
· Lead investigation to resolve tooling and fixturing issues.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5+ years’ experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Experience with CNC Programming and CNC Operations.
· Experience with Microsoft O365.
· Project Management, Data Analysis, and Root Cause Analysis experience.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Fluent communication and growth mindset.
· Ability to work independently and with a team.
· Work with a sense of urgency but must be balanced with priorities given to Safety & Ergonomics as well as Quality.
