Vinyl Graphics Installer Crossroad Construction Group, LLC Full-Time | Pay based on experience | Travel Required (IN, KY, TN, ID) Crossroad Construction Group, LLC is hiring a full-time Vinyl Graphics Installer to support commercial remodel projects across Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Idaho. This role involves installing vinyl graphics on-site and jumping in with the construction crew when graphics work isn’t active. If you’re hands-on, flexible, and detail-oriented, we’d like to hear from you. Pay & Travel: Pay based on experience, skillset, and location $40/day per diem (or meals provided) for out-of-state travel Company or rental vehicle provided for out-of-state travel Responsibilities: Install vinyl graphics on windows, walls, vehicles, and other surfaces Prep and clean surfaces; apply adhesives and substrates Cut, align, and apply vinyl using proper tools and methods Operate lifts, ladders, heat guns, and other installation equipment Support the remodel crew when not actively installing vinyl Track your time and materials accurately Follow safety procedures and company expectations on every site Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 1–2 years of experience installing vinyl graphics Able to lift 50–100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work from ladders or lifts Comfortable traveling for multi-day projects Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Personal hand tools preferred Construction experience or willingness to assist with remodel tasks when needed Bonus Skills (Not Required but Helpful): Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design software Experience with vinyl cutting and printing equipment Ability to read plans and follow technical directions Apply today by submitting your resume and a short summary of your experience.
