Business Coordinator
Responsibilities
· Responsible for researching and identifying contacts for new business opportunities.
· Reach out to contacts for potential B2B customers through cold calls, email and social media.
· Accurately maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of contacts
· Schedule meetings and software demonstrations with prospects.
· Develop product expertise to address customer inquiries, while staying informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
· Possible travel to industry trade shows - 10%
· Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
· Hybrid work model – 3 days on-site
· Entry-level role with room for growth and development.
Required:
· 1-2 years B2B Sales experience.
· Knowledge and understanding of LinkedIn
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Highly motivated with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
· Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
· Must be local to Houston or willing to relocate to the area
Preferred:
· Prior experience in the Software industry
· Prior experience in the Mortgage and Appraisal Industry.
· Excellent technical skills and be comfortable with using new Web technologies
· Experience with Salesforce or relevant CRM.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
