The Learning & Development Program Specialist for GDI&A plays a pivotal role in empowering Ford's employees through collaboration, continuous learning and skill development. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing strategic learning initiatives that enhance essential skills, data literacy, AI proficiency, and analytical capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a passionate advocate for employee growth, leveraging innovative approaches to build a highly skilled and adaptable workforce crucial for Ford's data-driven future. This role is fundamental to Ford's commitment to investing in and empowering its employees by providing best-in-class learning experiences.
