Technical Supervisor – Manufacturing (Power Distribution) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Employment Type: Direct Hire Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Full Benefits We are hiring a Technical Manufacturing Supervisor to lead production teams in a fast-growing environment focused on custom, engineered-to-order power distribution systems. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting the build of switchgear, MCCs, and related electrical systems for industrial applications. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of 10+ manufacturing employees in daily production activities Oversee assembly of switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), and power distribution systems Support engineered-to-order builds, ensuring quality, accuracy, and on-time delivery Drive Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste Coordinate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards Monitor performance, provide coaching, and support team development Required Qualifications: Proven experience leading teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment Strong background in electrical assembly and power distribution systems Experience with custom or engineered-to-order manufacturing Knowledge of switchgear, MCCs, and industrial electrical systems Lean / Six Sigma leadership experience preferred Experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments What Our Client Can Offer: Competitive salary based on experience (top candidates $85K+) Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) with company match Performance bonuses and PTO Long-term growth with a rapidly expanding manufacturer This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong supervisor looking to step into a high-impact leadership role within power distribution manufacturing.
