Spa Operations Manager

Job Title: Spa Operations Lead Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 Base Salary + Performance-Based Commission & Bonuses Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to take ownership of our front-of-house operations at Natural Elements Massage & Spa. We are looking for a "doer", someone who takes pride in a perfectly folded towel just as much as they love closing a sale and hitting a revenue goal. Core Responsibilities ● Guest Experience & Sales: You are the first and last point of contact. You will manage the schedule, handle inquiries with professionalism, and actively sell our services and products to help clients find the best solutions for their needs. ● Operational Excellence: A luxury spa experience relies on the details. You will be responsible for maintaining the spa’s immaculate environment. This includes laundry (washing, drying, folding), restocking inventory, and general light cleaning. (The closer and faster you get me to ”the” magic number … laundry and cleaning will mostly fall off your plate, as I’ll hire a spa attendant at that time.) ● Inventory & Ordering: Take full ownership of stock levels. You will ensure we never run out of supplies and handle the ordering process efficiently. ● Social Media & Marketing: Help us grow! You will slowly take over our social media posting to drive engagement and bring new clients through the door. ● Financials & Admin: Manage cash handling, daily reconciliation, and assist with basic reporting.
