Test & Evaluation Lab Tech 1

Overview Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems. Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down. Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results. Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems. Works under close supervision. Responsibilities Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on: We support many different programs by building electronic test equipment. Contractor is expected to: Interpret Engineering Drawings, Select Tools and Material, Fabricate per Drawing. Training and mentorship will be provided. Requirements What are the Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job?: Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings Experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeter Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and work experience AA degree in related discipline preferred.
