We don't just sell software; we provide a fully managed AI workforce that empowers traditional industries to scale effortlessly, operate around the clock, and deliver exceptional service without the overhead of bloated legacy systems.​The Role:We need an AI Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to manage our cloud footprint. You will ensure our AI agents have the high-availability compute required for sub-second, real-time voice interactions and that our strict multi-tenant data isolation remains watertight as we scale our customer base globally.​What You'll Do:​Manage and scale cloud-native compute environments (containerization, serverless computing) to support shared and dedicated AI voice and worker services.​Write and maintain resilient Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate environment provisioning and ensure zero-downtime deployments.​Administer relational databases, ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and strict multi-tenant data isolation at the infrastructure level.​Own system observability, tracing, and logging to track per-tenant latency and AI API errors in real-time.​Manage secure secrets provisioning, encryption key lifecycles, and network security policies.​Qualifications:​Extensive experience managing enterprise-grade cloud environments and container orchestration platforms.​Proficiency in deploying infrastructure via code and managing CI/CD pipelines.​Strong understanding of database administration, scaling, and performance tuning.​Experience supporting latency-sensitive applications (e.g., WebSockets, real-time voice streams).​A security-first mindset with experience implementing compliance and data residency controls.​What We Offer:​Competitive Salary & Equity: Attractive compensation package aligned with your experience.​Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage (for FT employees).​Work-Life Balance: Unlimited flexible PTO and a 100% remote-first culture.​Hardware Stipend: Allowance to build out your ideal home office setup.​Our Interview Process:​30-minute introductory and culture-fit call.​60-minute technical deep-dive (focusing on cloud architecture and infrastructure troubleshooting).​Final conversation with the CEO.​Equal Opportunity :Omni Studio is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
